Unfortunately, University Registrar does not typically have the resources to write queries for other departments. However, if this request meets an existing business need of the University Registrar, or is in alignment with a UR initiative, we may be able to help.

Complete the Query Request Form below for all new query requests or any modifications to existing query. We will contact you with a determination of whether the query can be worked on, the priority rating of the request and with any questions we may have regarding the request.
