CIP CODE CHANGE REQUEST FORM

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​To submit a request to change a program's current CIP Code, please complete the form below. This form is only for existing programs.  If this is a new program please submit the CIP Code via the program approval process.

IRMA market analysis and PPR external demand measures use the CIP code to identify enrollment at other institutions and calculate market share, among other benchmarks.  Changing CIP codes will change the competitive programs used in these analyses.
