Over 100 community members consisting of faculty, staff, and alumni met throughout six sessions which resulted in over 400 pieces of feedback. From this feedback, 22 overarching themes represent most of our community’s thoughts on the current obstacles and ways in which the university can turn relationships into sources of philanthropic support. These were then turned into 18 recommended initiatives that address changes to our internal policies and procedures as well as contribute to the future of our philanthropic efforts.
