This subcommittee is championing university-wide initiatives that make a DePaul education stand out among competitors. The group is reviewing existing plans and initiating new strategies to elevate DePaul’s reputation, distinction, and fiscal strength. Current efforts include an artificial intelligence strategic framework informed by the Provost’s Advisory Committee on AI, including expanded training from the Center for Teaching and Learning, adoption of a higher education AI platform in Driehaus College of Business, and AI engagement grants. The subcommittee is also working on a pilot co-op model in select programs, studying peer institutions, and collaborating with faculty on budgets and curricular requirements.
