Student Financial Accounts

Student Accounts is the clearinghouse for all tuition revenue and the primary gatekeeper of student financial account information. All business operations are balanced by two principles:

  • to provide excellent customer service, and
  • to maintain fiscal responsibility to the University.

Service

  • Provide students with accurate and timely financial information.
  • Offer flexible and market-driven college financing programs, options, and payment methods.
  • Provide convenient services to University constituents.
  • Treat all customers with respect and dignity.

Fiscal Responsibility

  • Establish payment policies that are reasonable and revenue conscious.
  • Minimize delinquent and uncollectible accounts.
  • Communicate student financial trends and influence University policy.
