The DePaul ID Card serves as your official identification while at DePaul University and is available to students, faculty, staff and alumni.
To Get a New or Replacement DePaul ID Card:
Simply visit an ID Services office and present a valid photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport or visa).
Current students are eligible for one free ID reprint per quarter. Any reprints beyond that are subject to a replacement card fee.
Online learning students who reside outside the Chicago area are also eligible to receive a DePaul ID Card, without a picture, to show their affiliation with DePaul, access library resources and apply for relevant student discounts. Online learning students may request a DePaul ID Card by logging into Campus Connect and selecting the Technology Support Center link. Click on Request Help-Submit a Case and in the Problem Details section make sure to indicate that you are a distance learning student requesting an ID card. Please note that this ID Card will be mailed to the address you have designated as your mailing address in the Demographic Portfolio section of Campus Connect.
Contact the Records office to verify that you have Alumni status. Visit an ID Services office to receive the Alumni DePaul Card.
