The DePaul ID Card serves as your official identification while at DePaul University and is available to students, faculty, staff and alumni.
To Get a New or Replacement DePaul ID Card:
During the COVID-19 pandemic, in keeping with the university's plan to reduce the density of people on campus, students, staff and faculty that are required to be on campus can visit one of the offices to request an ID Card. A valid photo ID (driver's license, state ID or passport) is required.
For our off-campus, remote and on-line population, an online photo submission process is currently under construction. When it becomes available students will receive an email with instructions on how to upload a photo for their ID Card. Please note that this ID Card will be mailed to the address you have designated as your mailing address in the Demographic Portfolio section of Campus Connect.
In keeping with the university's plan to reduce the density of people on campus, and for the health and safety of all, we would like to encourage students to wait until this option becomes available.
Current students are eligible for one free ID reprint per quarter. Any reprints beyond that are subject to a replacement card fee.
Contact the Records office to verify that you have Alumni status. Visit an ID Services office to receive the Alumni DePaul Card.
