DePEPER is a payment option for students who receive tuition reimbursement from their employers. This program is designed to assist students who do not receive financial aid. Since employer reimbursement is generally issued at the end of the term, this extension payment plan allows the student covered by such an employer reimbursement plan, to receive an extended payment due date for their tuition charges. Bills and grades are issued to the students only. It is the responsibility of the student to provide their employers with copies of any documents their employer requires.
A $125 application fee covers the academic year: Fall, Winter and Spring. However, students may apply per quarter with a fee of $50 per quarter.

A late fee of $100 will be assessed to the student account if complete payment is not received by the extended payment due date.
