Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coaching is an individualized process promoting health and wellness by empowering you to enhance your well-being. HPWs Wellness Coaching program can help you improve:

  • Stress Management (stress reduction techniques, time management)
  • Self-Efficacy (values strengthening, self-confidence, self-image)
  • Life Transitions (personal, academic and social changes)
  • Social Support/Relationship Building (community on campus, sense of belonging, friendships and relationships)
  • Personal Health (sleep habits and other health behavior changes that support your wellness)
