Relevant Experience
Prior to joining University Counseling & Psychological Services (UCAPS) at DePaul, Eliza worked as a mental health clinician at The University of Michigan as an embedded counselor in the athletic department. Using a variety of therapeutic modalities, Eliza provided individual and team counseling services to help students, and groups, overcome obstacles and strive for their full potential. She is committed to empowering people to discover their own strengths and to develop internal and external tools to navigate everyday challenges. She views mental well-being as a spectrum that is ever changing with the ups and downs of life. By working collaboratively with students, Eliza aims to meet each client wherever they may fall on that spectrum.

Clinical Interests
​Eliza’s clinical interests include: navigating life transitions, identity exploration, conflict resolution, multicultural perspectives, student-athlete mental health, interpersonal relationships, performance in all facets of life, and brainspotting.

Fun Fact
Eliza loves spending as much time outside as she can. From swimming, to biking, to pickleball, she enjoys finding new ways to enjoy outdoor spaces in the city!
