Willie Gore, MEd

​Willie has been working at DePaul since the summer of 2017 as the residence director for Clifton-Fullerton Hall, a predominantly first-year student residence hall that houses approximately 333 residents. In his role , Willie supervises a staff of 9 resident advisors (RAs), coordinates  educational and social initiatives in the residence hall, refers students to resources, collaborates with various campus partners, and supports students through their transition to DePaul. Originally from Northwestern Pennsylvania (Erie, PA), Willie enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching sports, and taking advantage of the great food and cultural events that Chicago has to offer.
 
Prior to his role as a residence director, Willie served as an AmeriCorps V.I.S.T.A. Leader in the Office of Community Service at Allegheny College, An Assistant Residence Director at Loyola University Chicago, and a Residence Hall Coordinator at Saint Louis University.
 
Willie received his BA, with a double concentration in English and Black Studies, from Allegheny College and his MEd in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago.
