Peggy has worked at DePaul University since 1984, and as associate
vice president she oversees three departments that are responsible for
developing out-of-classroom learning opportunities for students. She
also guides planning and goal setting in line with the divisional and
university strategic plans for the student development area.
Prior to her role as associate vice president, she served as
director of Student Life, director of Special Services, acting director
of Campus Ministry, international student advisor and advisor to
students with disabilities. She is actively involved in the professional
association Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA),
and currently serves as historian for NASPA Region IV-E.
She holds a PhD in higher education administration from Loyola
University Chicago and an MA in History and BA in secondary education
from DePaul University.
