Christopher Love has been with DePaul University since January 2018 and currently serves as the Scholarship Coordinator in the Office of Multicultural Student Success. In his role, he oversees a scholarship endowment suite and primarily provides scholarship cohort opportunities for first-year students, underrepresented student populations, and students demonstrating financial need. He provides holistic student support through financial management, advising, crisis management, civic engagement, curricular development, and donor stewardship. Lastly, he also serves as the Operations Manager in OMSS where he supervises Desk Assistants, an Operations Intern, and oversees various office logistics and processes.
Prior to DePaul, Christopher worked at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) where he served as a Program Manager in Academic Affairs coordinating enrichment, tutoring, and Kaplan Test Prep programs for underrepresented student populations. Some of the additional areas he has served in include Summer Bridge Programs, Identity, Diversity, & Organization Programs, Undergraduate Research, the Division of Public Safety & Security, and Residence Education. He also served as a Team Leader (AmeriCorps Member) with City Year Detroit between 2013-2015.
Christopher earned his MBA in Business Strategy and Decision Making from DePaul University. Prior to earning his MBA, Christopher attended the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) where he received a Master’s degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs and his Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
