Ashlee Schrock has been with DePaul University since January 2017 as a coordinator in the Office of New Student and Family Engagement. In the fall of 2018, Ashlee moved into a newly created position overseeing the creation and implementation of a Success Coaching program for first-year students. Through this role, Ashlee supervises 20 Success Coaches who meet one on one to support first-year students in identifying road blocks and reaching success in their first year at DePaul. Prior to this role, Ashlee served as the coordinator supporting the Premiere DePaul and Transition DePaul orientation programs.
Before joining the DePaul family, Ashlee was an area coordinator within the Department of Residence Life at Coe College in her home town of Cedar Rapids, IA. As area coordinator, Ashlee supervised student staff, facilitated programming for first-year students, and served on the crisis management team. Ashlee earned an M.Ed. in higher education administration from Iowa State University in 2014 and her BA in sociology and urban studies from Elmhurst College in 2012.
