Jessica Landis joined DePaul in September 2018 as the Title IX coordinator. In her role, Jessica works with offices across the university to address Title IX complaints and Title IX compliance issues.
Prior to her role at DePaul, Jessica served as the Title IX deputy coordinator and the assistant dean for safety and equity at Loyola University Chicago. Jessica worked closely with Title IX investigators to ensure timely resolutions to conflicts concerning the safety of students. She also provided and facilitated the training, consultation and technical assistance for faculty and staff regarding their Title IX obligations.
Prior to that, Jessica worked as a coordinator in the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution at Loyola. During this time she conducted thorough, impartial investigations into gender-based student misconduct. She also oversaw alternative dispute resolution options such as meditation and conflict coaching among others.
Jessica graduated with a BA from John Carrol University and went on to receive her MA in women’s, gender and sexuality studies from the University of Cincinnati.
