Bernard Little has been with DePaul University since October 2016, and currently serves as assistant dean of students. In his role, he assists students by offering resources and services during times of crisis or when they
are in great need. The role centers around advocacy and providing help to ensure students' time at DePaul is positive and they leave feeling supported.
Prior to DePaul, Bernard held a number of professional
positions at three other institutions which include the University of Illinois at
Chicago, University of Chicago and the University of Richmond. Some of the areas he has worked in include Student Involvement, Commuter Student Engagement, Multicultural Affairs, Orientation and New
Student Programs, Housing and Residence Life, and the Dean of Students office.
Bernard received his bachelors of science in communication from Bowling Green State University, and he is a proud Falcon. He earned his masters of science in college student personnel from Miami University.
