Matt Schultz, MA

​Matt has been working at DePaul since the summer of 2016 as the residence director for Munroe & Belden-Racine halls. In his role, Matt supervises a team of 13 resident advisors (RAs) in providing social, educational, cultural and service-related initiatives to offer residents valuable learning opportunities while aiding in developing a sense of community. Additionally, Matt works to ease residents' social and academic transition to DePaul by connecting them to campus resources and addressing student concerns. Matt also collaborates with campus partners, handles student conduct, manages the hall budget, and works on various committees within Student Affairs. 

Prior to his role as residence director, Matt served as an assistant community director at Michigan State University, a program coordinator at One Million Degrees, and coordinator for residence life at Otis College of Art and Design. ​

 
Matt received his BA in business administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and his MA in student affairs administration from Michigan State University.
