Save the date for Brain Fuel Week, back to help students de-stress before final exams

Save the date for Brain Fuel Week, which is set for March 5-9! Brain Fuel Week, hosted by the Office of Health Promotion and Wellness, provides events every day before each academic quarter's final exam week to help relieve stress during a busy time. Previous quarters' Brain Fuel Weeks have included activities like do-it-yourself aromatherapy and healthy food tasting sessions.
