Ashlee Richardson has been with DePaul University since
January 2017 as the coordinator in the Office of New Student and Family
Engagement. Each year, New Student and Family Engagement helps more than 6,000
new students and their family members make the transition to DePaul through the
Premiere DePaul and Transition DePaul orientation programs. In her role, Ashlee
assists in the planning and coordination of DePaul’s orientation programs, including the oversight of program logistics and student staff.
Before joining the DePaul family, Ashlee was an area coordinator in the Department of Residence Life at Coe College in her hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As area coordinator, Ashlee supervised student staff,
facilitated programing for first-year students and served on the crisis
management team. Ashlee earned an MEd in higher education administration from
Iowa State University in 2014 and her BA in sociology and urban studies from
Elmhurst College in 2012.
