Father Holtschneider and DePaul Trustee Jack Staley trained for months to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, a dormant volcano in Tanzania. They were paired with three educators from Manchester, England, during their August trek through rough terrain stretching nearly 20,000 feet to the summit. The views became increasingly spectacular as they rose above the tree line, then the clouds to see glaciers six-stories high.​
