Purpose

This URC grant will fund DePaul faculty participation in the Faculty Success Program. The National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity's Faculty Success Program is intended to enrich the personal and professional lives of faculty by increasing their research productivity and time management skills in the belief that living full and healthy lives beyond the DePaul University campus enhances their ability to better serve students. For more information on the NCFDD and the Faculty Success Program go to: http://www.facultydiversity.org/. The NCFDD Faculty Success Program grants provide up to $3,750 per person to offset the costs of the program.  Up to five grants will be awarded each year.

Priority will be given to faculty at the Associate Professor level who are trying to reinvigorate their scholarship and to faculty at the Assistant Professor level who are trying to increase their scholarly output in order to enhance their tenure and promotion portfolio.
