Directory of Campus Connect Student Features

Below is an alphabetized list of the main features in Campus Connect that are available to students. Each entry includes information on navigating to the feature within Campus Connect as well as where to go for additional information or assistance. For general assistance logging into or navigating Campus Connect, please contact the Help Desk.

Academic Records

To request an official transcript, view an unofficial transcript, request enrollment verification, view your course history, view your placement process, submit a withdrawal or leave of absence request, or view your advisors, visit the Academic Records pages in Campus Connect.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Main Menu > Self Service > Academic Records > then select the specific academic records page you would like to visit.

Application Status

You can view the status of your application in the Admission pages in CampusConnect.

Applied & Admitted Students

As an applied or admitted student you can use Campus Connect to check the status of an application, apply for financial aid, view items needed to complete an application and more using the Admission tools in Campus Connect.

Athletic Ticketing

Reserve tickets to DePaul athletic events through the DePaul Athletic Ticketing System.

Class Schedule

To view your schedule of classes, visit the enrollment pages in Campus Connect.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

MainMenu > Self Service > Enrollment> then click either My Class Scheduleor My Weekly Schedule.

Course Descriptions

To browse a list of courses and course descriptions, visit the Academic Planningpages.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Degree Progress

To check your requirements and plan for degree completion, view your Degree Progress Report.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Demon Express

You can view your current Demon Express Account balance and add additional funds to your account using Campus Connect.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Demon Rewards

Demon Rewards is a point based system designed to give DePaul students incentives to attend athletic events. Access the athletic rewards interface for students within the Campus Connect Student Resources menu.

Main Menu > Self Service > Student Resources > Demon Rewards

DPU Alert

Be sure to keep your DPU Alert contact information updated on a regular basis.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Enrollment

To add, drop, or swap classes, visit the Enrollment pages in Campus Connect.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Main Menu > Self Service: Enrollment> then select either Enrollment: Add Classes, Enrollment: Drop Classes, or Enrollment: Swap Classes

Enrollment Verification

You can print an enrollment verification certificate to send to an insurance company or other company that requests proof of your enrollment.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Financial Aid

To apply for financial aid, view your financial aid account, complete financial aid counseling, view your financial aid academic progress, or request summer financial aid, visit the Financial Aid pages in Campus Connect.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Grades

There are a few places where you can view your grades in Campus Connect: the Student Center, the Enrollment menu, on your Unofficial Transcript.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Graduation & Degree Conferral

To receive your degree, you must apply for degree conferral. At the end of the application, you will have the opportunity to indicate your intent to participate in DePaul’s annual commencement ceremony. The Degree Conferral Application can be found in Campus Connect.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Holds, To Dos and Warnings

Your list of holds, to dos, and warnings is typically visible on your Homepage. You can also access this list in the Campus Connect Student Resources menu.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Housing Services

You can apply for housing and view your housing assignment on the Campus Connect Housing Services page.

ID Card Transactions

You can view a list of your ID Card transactions, including athletic tickets, demon express, iPrint, and your meal plan account in Campus Connect.

Immunization Records

You can view your immunization record status through Campus Connect.

Library Resources

You have the option of adding a box with DePaul library resources to your Campus Connect homepage. This option gives you easy access to your library borrower ID and link to your library account right from Campus Connect. It will also allow you to contact a librarian and search DePaul’s Library catalog.

To add the Library pagelet, find the Content link in the upper right corner of you're the Campus Connect window, just underneath the My Page tab. Check the box next to Library. Click Save.

Meal Plan Online

Access your meal plan or add money to your meal plan through the Campus Connect Meal Plan Online feature.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Parking Permits

To order a campus parking permit, visit the Parking Permits Online feature in Campus Connect.

Password Reset

If you forget your Campus Connect password, use the Recover Password link on the login page to reset it.  If you know your password, but would like to reset it, you can change it while logged into Campus Connect using the Change My Password tool.

If you do not know your username, or need assistance with the password reset tool, visit an ID Card Office with a photo ID or contact the Technology Support Center’s Help Desk.

Personal Information

To update your personal information (formerly known as your demographic portfolio), including your addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, DPU Alert contact information, military service, and FERPA privacy restrictions, visit the Personal Information pages in Campus Connect.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Placement Process

To complete the online placement process, visit the Placement Process pages in Campus Connect.

Registration

You can add, drop, or swap classes in the registration pages in Campus Connect. These can be accessed through the Student Center or in the Enrollment menu.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

From the Student Center, select Add/Drop

Student Center

The Campus Connect Student Center is a one-stop spot to access youracademic, financial, and personal information. Here you will find links to the pages in Campus Connect most commonly used by students. From the Student Center, you can view your course schedule, register for classes, check your grades, request a transcript, view your financial aid, viewyour tuition account, update your personal contact information, and more.

There are four ways to access the Student Center:

Student Resources

Access a variety of resources for students, including Digication ePortfolios, Housing Services, the Human Dignity Website, the Speech-Expression Task Force, Student Software, and DePaul Athletic Ticketing in the Campus Connect Student Resources menu.

Student Software

To download software currently available to students, visit the Student Software page in Campus Connect.

Students with Disabilities

Students who are registered with the Center for Students with Disabilities can schedule their test requests, update their contact permissions, and view their current accommodations through the Students with Disabilities pages in Campus Connect.

Transcripts

To view an unofficial transcript or to request an official transcript, visit the Academic Records pages in Campus Connect.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Transfer Credit

If you have any transfer credits, you can view your official transfer credit report in Campus Connect.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Tuition and Account

You can view your tuition account, make a tuition payment, view your 1098-T, learn more about tuition payment plans, and submit an application for the DePaul Extension Plan for Employer Reimbursement (DePEPER) through the Campus Connect Tuition & Account menu.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.

Withdrawal or Leave of Absence Request

To withdraw from the university or take a leave of absence, you need to submit a Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Request form.  You may access this through the Student Center or in the Self Service menu.
