Outlook is a organization tool within the Microsoft Office Suite. A popular email client, Outlook
also includes a calendar, task manager, contact manager, and notes. It
is the preferred email client for use with DePaul's faculty and staff
email accounts. Information about how to install the latest version of Outlook on either your DePaul-owned or personal computer can always be found on the software site.
This is the preferred email client for most DePaul faculty and staff. New DePaul-owned Windows 10 computers come with Outlook
2016 pre-loaded. Older DePaul Windows 7 and Windows 8 computers may still have Outlook 2010 or 2013 installed.
Outlook 2011/2016 (Mac)
Mac users can access mail services through the Outlook 2016 desktop
client, which is part of the Office 2016 for Mac suite. To install
Outlook 2016, please visit the "Software for DePaul-Owned Computers" page. Install instructions can be found here.
