All DePaul students, faculty, and staff need to register for BlueKey MFA

Download the Microsoft Authenticator app and Register for BlueKey Multi-Factor Authentication: Keep the bad guys out

Once you have your BlueKey login credentials (username@depaul.edu email address and password), you must register for BlueKey multi-factor authentication by first downloading the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, then visiting bluekey.depaul.edu/multifactorsetup to get started.

When logging into many DePaul systems, platforms, and applications, you will be asked to authenticate your identity using multi-factor authentication with the Microsoft Authenticator app on a device such as your mobile phone. Registering for multi-factor authentication also allows you to reset your password without assistance from the Help Desk. After registering for BlueKey MFA, visit bluekey.depaul.edu/myaccount to check your settings. On this page, you can manage your devices, change your password, and view other settings.

If you lose your device with Microsoft Authenticator and cannot remember your password, you will need to contact the Help Desk to reset your password at helpdesk@depaul.edu or call (312) 362-8765.
