An easy to use, wordpress-based blogging platform is available to all students, faculty, staff and departments at DePaul.  Login at blogs.depaul.edu to get started!

Box

Box is a cloud storage solution that allows faculty, staff and students unlimited storage for files. Box uses single sign on, so you will only need to use your DePaul account to access your files. There is also be a desktop client that will allow for ease of uploading files to the cloud. Click here for more info.​

Skype

Skype for Business is Microsoft’s new powerful meeting tool which combines the familiar Skype look and feel with the business-grade features of Lync. DePaul faculty and staff will be able to collaborate via video and audio conferencing, desktop sharing, and instant messaging. Find more details here on DePaul's Skype for Business offering.

iDePaul

iDePaul is the university-wide smartphone application that you can use to access your class schedule, find a professor’s contact information, remind you when tuition is due, view campus maps, read university news and browse a calendar of upcoming campus events.  Download the app from the iTunes App Store, Google Play or Blackberry App World. 

Office 365

All currently enrolled DePaul students, both full- and part-time, are entitled to a free Office 365 account. It includes a free e-mail account, access to Microsoft Office, OneDrive storage, and several other features.

Virtual Labs

Looking for free and easy access to many of the same applications you’ll find in the DePaul Student Computing Labs?  Use the DePaul Virtual Lab, where you can access Maple, R, Minitab, SAS, SPSS, and more right from the comfort of your own home, apartment, or favorite coffee shop!

Genius Squad

The Genius Squad is DePaul's premiere support service for all current students. The Genius Squad offers FREE technical service and support for desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, and other personal electronic devices. The desk is staffed by some of DePaul's most technically adept students, many of whom are currently enrolled in our College of Computing and Digital Media, so you can trust that they'll have the answers you need.

The Genius Squad can assist with :

  • Wireless setup
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Hardware repair
  • RAM upgrades
  • Phone configuration for access to e-mail
  • a variety of other technical services 
The Genius Squad has locations at both the Lincoln Park and Loop campuses.
