DePaul HR has enhanced the staff compensation program.
The redesign of the compensation program resulted in some key enhancements:
- Expanded salary ranges along with one additional salary range that will allow for greater earnings potential over time for most employees.
- The organization and expansion of job families to group similar jobs together and facilitate career progression.
- Title consistency to clarify roles and enable the accurate comparison of jobs internally and externally.
- The development of salary administrative guidelines which will ensure fair, equitable and sustainable application of pay practices across the university.
