Where did you go to school?
As a graduate and an undergraduate, I attended DePaul University.

What were your majors/minors in undergrad?
In college I majored in English with a minor in communications.  I then earned an M.A. in Writing.

Favorite class in college?
“An Intensive Intro to Buddhism” and “Romantic Literature”.   These two classes were taught by professors who were tough enough to frighten you into being the best student you could be, and who challenged you to think in ways you had never thought before.

If you weren’t an academic advisor, what would you be doing?
If I wasn’t working in an environment that centers around advising, I would be working in another field where I would be in a position to help people  – using my experience to make people’s lives easier, removing obstacles to others’ success and happiness.

Three of your favorite things? (these could be places, people, books, foods, tv shows, etc)
Fine chocolate, knowledge, and human connection!
