Media Production and Training (MPT) provides technical training to the DePaul community, allowing employees and students to fully utilize current technologies. We offer both online training resources as well as campus workshops.

Workshops on Campus
During the academic year, MPT offers a variety of technical
training workshops on the Lincoln Park and Loop campus covering a variety of academic
and professional technologies. Our fall schedule of workshops will be published later this summer. In the meantime, contact us for more information about training. All of our trainings are open to DePaul faculty,
staff, and students, unless otherwise indicated. Don’t see the topic you would like to learn? Try lynda.com, visit the MPT tech training resource library, or suggest a topic be
added to our future schedule.
Visit MPT’s technology training resource library for more
information about many of the most commonly used applications on campus, including both print and video tutorials.
Each quarter, MPT is able to offer a limited number of
custom small-group and one-on-one workshops to members of the university
community. Contact us to request a training workshop, request an accommodation,
or recommend a topic be included on future training schedules. Scheduling priority
will be given to individuals with disabilities and those requesting our beginning-level
“Getting Started” workshops.
