All University employees receive an employee e-mail address, email@example.com, where “username” is the employee’s Campus Connect username.
Generally, DePaul employees use an Outlook client to access their e-mail, but there are several supported Outlook clients. You can also access your mail via the Mac Outlook client,or through the Outlook web interface.

Outlook 2010 (Windows)
DePaul faculty and staff Windows 7 computers come with Outlook 2010 pre-loaded. It is the preferred mail client for most DePaul users and offers a robust featureset.
Outlook 2011 (Mac)
Mac users can access mail services through the Outlook 2011 desktop client, which is part of the Office 2011 for Mac suite. For a guide on how to install Outlook 2011, please click here.
Outlook 2013 (Windows)
DePaul faculty and staff Windows 8 computers come with Outlook 2013 pre-loaded. It is the preferred mail client for most DePaul users and offers a robust featureset.
Outlook Web App
All DePaul employees can view their e-mail by using a web browser and navigating to the Outlook Web App (https://outlook.depaul.edu). The Outlook Web App provides all employees with an online method for accessing their e-mail when away from their office computers. It offers many of the same functionalities as the Outlook 2010 and 2011 desktop clients for Windows and Mac OS X, respectively. Many major web browsers for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux support the Outlook Web App.
