An ideal alternative housing option for transfer, graduate, juniors, and seniors, as there is limited availability for these students on-campus, 1237 West offers loft-style apartments adjacent to DePaul's Lincoln Park campus. 1237 West is the DePaul-preferred affiliated housing facility owned and operated by MJH Foundation, an independent non-profit organization established for the purpose of supporting DePaul University and the housing needs of our students. A modern, loft-style facility with a capacity for over 500 students. 1237 West is an all-student facility that features a 24 hour doorman; full in-unit kitchens; coffee, banking and other convenient first-floor retail tenants; and many other amenities.
