Marketing Communications and Creative Services

University Marketing offers an expanded array of services for non-recruitment communications projects. Services include marketing consultations and free graphic design. Read on to learn more about these services and processes. 

What services are o​ffered?

Marketing recommendations and client consultation. University Marketing will help determine the best strategies for reaching your target audience and getting your message across.


Project management. University Marketing develops timelines for your project and works with you to meet agreed-upon deadlines to make sure your project is completed on time. ​


Graphic design and print services. University Marketing provides design options, gathers estimates from printing vendors and oversees the print process. These design services are free; you will be responsible for printing costs.


Vendor recommendations. University Marketing will recommend vendors for print-only jobs and promotional items that use the DePaul logo or signature. For items using the athletic logo, please contact the director of Sports Marketing, Karen Loiacono, at 5-7528.

How long will my project take?

It’s important to give University Marketing sufficient lead time to complete your project, and others in the queue, in a professional and timely manner. 

For large projects, allow at least 12 weeks from start to finish. 
  • Examples include brochures, newsletters and annual reports.
For smaller projects, allow at least 4-5 weeks from start to finish. 
  • Examples include event invitations, postcards, flyers, emails and landing pages.

How do I start a project?

Please complete the Project Intake Form to request assistance with your project. After submitting the form, your project will be put in queue (in order of receipt). A project manager will contact you with any questions regarding the information you have provided.​

Who should I contact for print-only and promotional projects?

Print Vendor Recommendations
The following print vendors are regularly used by Marketing Communications. Although you are not required to use one of them, they:
  • Consistently provide good service
  • Are familiar with DePaul’s brand and processes
  • Already are in DePaul’s accounts-payable system
