The Institutional Research and Market Analytics (IRMA) strategy group
frames and informs the institutional strategic dialogue, builds a
culture of evidence in support of planning and management, and acts as
an agent of change at DePaul and in higher education generally.
Serving both the Division of Enrollment Management and Marketing and
the university more broadly in its institutional research capacity,
IRMA’s work encompasses enrollment projections, market research, student
survey research, faculty data support, institutional reporting and
benchmarking, academic program review, financial analysis, outcomes
assessment, data management and information architecture development.
To complement its service to the university, IRMA advocates for best
practices in research, analysis and data management in active
partnership with higher education communities of practice.
