A transcript is a comprehensive record of academic information that includes coursework, grades, credit hours, GPA and DePaul degrees earned.  Official transcripts bear the official seal of the University and are FREE. 

NOTE: In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, DePaul University will be oficially closed on Thursday, Nov. 26th and Friday, Nov. 27th. All transcript requests (including expidited services via FedEx) submitted after 10am (CST) on Wednesday, Nov. 23rd will not be processed until we reopen on Monday, Nov. 30th.  Thank you.

Paper transcripts are processed in 1-2 business days and sent via U.S. Postal service.  Please allow additional time for receipt.

Barat College & Other Custodial Records

DePaul University is the custodian of records for the following institutions: Barat College, Barat College of the Sacred Heart, DePaul Academy High School and DePaul Secretarial School. DePaul issues only official transcripts for these institutions.  Custodial transcript: Order Here

Alteration or Falsification of Academic Records:  Please be aware that altering, creating, otherwise falsifying or tampering with university records, or otherwise misrepresenting one’s academic accomplishments, awards or credentials could result in University sanctions including dismissal or degree revocation, or legal action. This includes, but is not limited to, altering or creating an academic transcript or diploma, and unauthorized use of university documents including letterhead.
