Community

The primary purpose of Community & Government Relations (CGR) is to serve as a link between DePaul University and its neighbors—the residents, businesses, neighborhood, aldermen, civic and ethnic organizations of the City of Chicago. This office also facilitates communication and engagement with the City of Chicago and its departments.

Lincoln Park Campus

Chicago is as much an integral part of the DePaul University experience as academics. The Lincoln Park campus, located in the heart of Chicago's historic Lincoln Park neighborhood, is the oldest, largest and most active of the university's campuses. Located within blocks of the Lincoln Park Zoo, The Chicago History Museum, many popular restaurants and the scenic lakefront, the campus is home to the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, the College of Science and Health, The Theatre School, the School of Music, the School of Education and the extensive John T. Richardson Library.

Loop Campus

The Loop campus is in the heart of downtown Chicago, one of the nation's most vibrant business, entertainment and cultural centers—steps away from art galleries, concert halls, museums, theaters and the famous Chicago skyline. It is home to several of our colleges—Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, Driehaus College of Business, College of Law, College of Communication, School of Continuing and Professional Studies and Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media—and close to the stock exchanges, corporate headquarters and Chicago's business district.
